There’s a good amount of overlap on the Restoration / Makers genre here and we nearly didn’t include it as genre as it’s kinda hard to describe and pin down. There’s never one gameplay mechanic and games might even do this by accident or from a by-product from a certain action or “feel”.

Satisfaction, or being satisfied, can often generally be desribed as being pleased or content with what has been experienced or received. It’s like popping that bubble wrap or peeling glue from your fingers etc etc.
